FracIT facilitates introductions, vetting, tiering, and standardised day-rate structures. Following a free consultation, Clients and Candidates agree time blocks directly, and Candidates manage delivery and transactions with Clients in accordance with FracIT’s Terms and Conditions. FracIT receives a 15% commission on each completed time-block transaction.

FracIT does not directly employ Candidates. Candidates manage transactions and service delivery directly with Clients. Payment details are handled by third-party payment processors. FracIT receives a 15% commission on each agreed time-block transaction, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
